I uploaded the zip file of Miss Piggy walk cycle with green background, that contains .blend file, QuickTime file, FLV file and supporting files. The .blend scene file can be loaded into blender for any changes in lighting, Camera angle and so on. It can then be animated and new movies made from it.

There is a Quick Time video file in there with high quality. You can also use the .blend file to render it to any other quality or size you would like.
